Why should you visit? No doubt, Istanbul’s rich history has many libraries to go with it and there are no shortage in this city. However, the library in this art museum is quite different to all the rest. Just look at all those books hanging from the ceiling! It will leave you speechless. This is a non-circulating reference library housing 9000 books and 29 periodicals. The collection is about…ART, of course.  And while you are there, the museum it is attached isn’t half bad either with a café right on the water and incredible views.
