Diigo a great online tool to keep your job search organized!<\/span><\/h3>\n

\"mmoore_headshot\"<\/a>Juggling everything needed to get an application packet together for any of the jobs found on INALJ can be a little daunting, even to the most organized among us.\u00a0 At the beginning of my job search, I was printing out job descriptions and keeping them in a folder with notes and updates written on the margins of the paper.\u00a0 This paper based system began to fray when one day I went to the library to study and work, only to find I had my laptop but not my folder full of job descriptions!<\/p>\n

Since then I\u2019ve had the good luck to find a great online annotating system that allows me to save webpages, complete with notes and can be accessed from any computer.\u00a0\u00a0 Diigo (www.diigo.com<\/a>) is a way to collect, tag, annotate and save anything you find online.\u00a0 It is free to sign up and easy to use, and it keeps my virtual bookmarking under control.\u00a0 The free plan lets you bookmark as many pages as you want and save 1,000 highlighted pages a year.<\/p>\n

You can install a Diigo bookmark widget (https:\/\/www.diigo.com\/tools\/diigolet<\/a>) that will allow you to add pages to your Diigo account as you surf the web, without having to go to Diigo to edit any of your information.\u00a0 \u00a0The Diigolet can be installed in any browser so if you are not on your normal computer you can still keep track of your job listing from anywhere.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve put together a walk through below so you can see why Diigo is a great way to keep track of interesting jobs.<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Install Diigolet bookmark<\/p>\n
