This statement, “I am underemployed,” I have been hearing quite a bit.\u00a0 Knowing that the only thing that you control in the process is you ask yourself, what do I need to do differently?\u00a0 Are you really underemployed because the job market is bad or is it because you can or won’t be flexible?\u00a0 Is location a necessity?\u00a0 Is job title a necessity?\u00a0 Define what necessity means to you because you may not be underemployed, you may be creating this reality unnecessarily.\u00a0\u00a0 You may be able to fix it by broadening your horizons on the physical earth as well as into new job fields.\u00a0 (Mostly) only you suffer when you lack full employment so why limit yourself?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
