The reason is simple- I want all comments to be in one place and part of larger conversations. That is why I created the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/groups?about=&amp;gid=4112382\" target=\"_blank\">LinkedIn <\/a>group for I Need a Library Job. I never wanted to constantly have to police comments either so this makes it much easier for me as well as fans to find all our discussions in one place.<\/p>\n<p>Finally each website is a service with specific goals. INALJ.com shares news, tips and articles. FB shares job notices and congratulations. I feel strongly about organizing our listings and information and do not intend on being a data dump- but rather a service.
