INALJ is on SLA’s Future Ready 365!

Today on SLA’s Future Ready 365 blog my article from earlier this year I Need a Library Job: Finding and Filling a Need on the Fly was republished! Since it went to press a few months back INALJ has grown in leaps and bounds. Over 3,800 FB fans, over 1,800 Twitter fans, over 600 LinkedIn members and over 2,700 subscribers to INALJ are now with us!

I started INALJ on October 16, 2010 because I wanted an organized way to share the jobs I found with other library job hunters. I had found my job as a reference librarian half way through my Master's program on a local listserv. After I was hired I still was receiving jobs and wanted to share them. In May 2011 I graduated with MLIS from Rutgers University and now work for a government contractor in the DC metro area. In addition to all of my work on INALJ I enjoy running my husband Sana’s moving labor business, Khan Moving! Wishing everyone all good luck and fingers crossed in their job hunt!
